They are not so good if you're hosting rails apps.  Expect any patch they apply to completely trash your configuration 
with no notice.  I also experienced several lengthy outages as a result of a dead drive in their array.  It seems that 
their backup array's timestamp is off by some 10+ minutes and no one is able to resolve it on their end.  This won't 
matter to you unless you're doing any kind of time sensitive authentication (like I am).
