I've been using a free app on the ipad from DisplayLink, it's nice for
pulling up documentation as a reference and keeping the primary screen
free. I also have a decent USB-DVI adapter that works fine on Windows,
haven't tried it Linux or Mac. The ipad app was a great business
justification for an ipad ...
