Hi
Has anyone set up their machines to auto-lock when they move away from
them using a bluetooth device? Seeing as I don't always take my phone
when I leave my desk I was wondering whether there were any other
devices that could be used for this, something small that could be
left in a pocket or on a belt loop. Ideally it would be a class 3 or 2
to keep the range short.

What software is good for this for OS X and Linux?

Robin

Your mobile phone?  This link was in a presentation Twitchy did back in
2006: http://www.gentoo-wiki.info/TIP_Bluetooth_Proximity_Monitor

The problem is that I don't always take my phone, I want something I
can just leave in a pocket or on my belt that I don't have to think
about picking up.
