Is that legal for the dealership to install this equipment on cars sold without informing the customer? I don't want my dealer tracking my car. I guess technically the bank owns the cars that will need to be repossesed and I'm sure they agreed to this. After the person pays the car off I wonder if they could have the dealer remove the equipment (if they even know about it). I wonder what trouble an owner could get into for removing or modify the equipment?
