Personally I use gvim on windows. Since its crossplatform, I only need one editor. To keep from starting a religious war, you can also get emacs on windows. ;) ------Original Message------ From: Jody & Jennifer McCluggage Sender: pauldotcom-bounces at mail.pauldotcom.com To: 'PaulDotCom Security Weekly Mailing List' ReplyTo: PaulDotCom Security Weekly Mailing List Subject: [Pauldotcom] IRC Client and Perl/Python text editor Sent: Jul 29, 2009 8:32 AM Hello, I know this is a bit off of the security topic. Can anyone recommend a good free Windows based IRC client and a good free Windows based text editor that would be good for writing/editing Perl and Python scripts.
