What's in your Virtual Machine lab?

I use VMWare Workstation on a Quad Core i7 with 12GB and I usually run
2-3 VMs at a given time.  I've got a VLKs for the Microsoft stuff.
Keeping these up to date is a bit of a chore and I don't suggest
creating something as extensive without the need to do so.  The ones I
have in stock at the moment are:
