GCIH Review Suggestions

The latest series of books has a decent table of contents for each book. I
decided to take the exam without  making an index for this one and ended up
having no difficulties. I don't recall my score off-hand (I guess anyone
interested can look it up) but I was okay with it even though I didn't get
100%
