GCIH Review Suggestions

Thomas,

Read the course books, pull the indexes out of them and take them with
you.  I found the test wasn't very formidable since they allow to have
open books.  If you know where to look for the answers in them using
the indexes and table of contents you should be able to find
everything you need to pass with a good grade.
