Getting Started in PodCasting

I would like to do a Podcast with my Configuration Builders, which I mentioned previously.  So I figured I would ask 
the WISE JEDI Pod Casters how to start.  I am running OSX, and I would like to podcast to contain the screencast and my 
voice as I explain the config builder.  So any advice would be great.
