Packaged CtF Games?

That's exactly the problem I was concerned about. I'm thinking more of a
dungeon masters guide than a turnkey solution. I'll take another look at
de-ice, I've not looked at it for a long time.

The problem with canned wargames would be they would have canned solutions.
