That's exactly the problem I was concerned about. I'm thinking more of a dungeon masters guide than a turnkey solution. I'll take another look at de-ice, I've not looked at it for a long time. Cheers, Jim 2009/9/10 Adrian Crenshaw <irongeek at irongeek.com>
The problem with canned wargames would be they would have canned solutions. That said, this may be of interest: http://www.de-ice.net/ On Thu, Sep 10, 2009 at 7:48 AM, Jim Halfpenny <jim.halfpenny at gmail.com>wrote:Hi, I've seen a bit of traffic on the list lately about capture the flag events. Props to those running these, a whole load of effort goes into setting up a good game. Have any game organisers packaged their game environment or created a recipie book so it can be reproduced by others? I'd love to participate in a CtF event but I reckon the level of effort in setting up the game environment, scoring, refereeing etc. is a big hurdle to overcome.
