I'm looking for a SOHO router for a friends small business of about 20 nodes. They currently have a Cisco 1800 series but they aren't a fan of the CLI or SDM web interface so they're on the hunt for something else. The main issue is when there is a configuration problem the device is too complex for the average user to manipulate. They were previously using a Linksys product but found the phone support to be a little on the weak side. They would like to product to support VPN and two VLANS... Anyone use a 3com, Nortel, Adtran, Sonicwall or WatchGuard product and have a positive experience with the devices functionality and usability? Thanks, Stephen
