Hey Folks

This week I worked on existing PRs, most of the time got spent in debugging
and doing enhancements like decoys for IPv6 OS scan. Same plan is for
upcoming days also with more focus on Ncat related features.

Accomplishments

~ Few fixes in #444 <https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/444> ( -z for Ncat ).
~ Added decoys for OS scan in #433 <https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/433>,
few fixes also.
~ Some changes in sasl.lua for sending Digest response.
~ Wrote tests for sasl.lua to check for parsing of Digest challenge.

Priorities

~ Ncat tests and enhancing current PR.
~ Tests and reports for other features.
