Nmap crash on Windows

Hi,



I'm having some trouble with Nmap on Windows 8.1. It's about the code in the main trunk.


I'm getting:

First-chance exception at 0x100041C8 (Packet.dll) in nmap.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x0000004C.
Unhandled exception at 0x100041C8 (Packet.dll) in nmap.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x0000004C.

I just merged my own branch in the main trunk but this is not from me, the previous rev has the same problem.
