Hi Tudor,

You need to use Npcap 0.08 and later releases together with Nmap built from
trunk after this commit: "Upgrade to Npcap 0.08 (libpcap 1.8.0 headers for
Windows)".
You can get latest Npcap 0.08 r7 at:
https://github.com/nmap/npcap/releases
