Attached is a patch for adding an option (--comment <string>) to
add a comment in the scan packet data. The patch completes the item
in the todo list

o Provide an option to send a comment in scan packet data for
target network. Examples: --comment "Scan conducted by Marc Reis
from SecOps, extension 2147" or --comment "pH33r my l3eT
s|<iLLz! I'll 0wN UR b0x!"

I still have to change the necessary files in the docs directory
but I felt it be better if I put the patch on the list first and
make the changes in the docs directory while waiting for feedback.

Here is my patch from long ago: http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2007/q3/423

It gives an error when using --data-length and --comment together.

I recall talking to Fyodor about the patch after I posted it and there
was some reason he didn't want it added at the time.
