I though about it and ended up doing this:

default
        dns-recursion
        ftp-bounce
        http-open-proxy
        socks-open-proxy
        http-auth

intrusive
        dhcp-discover
        dns-zone-transfer

I'm not completely sure these are correct, so comments are welcome.
