I tested that you patch compiles on my Windows 7 system, but my Linux patch program
didn't like the use of '\' paths in the diff paths.  I don't know if
your diff program can switch those to '/'?  It doesn't really matter
for a patch this small, but could for larger ones.

I know only the 'diff' basics. For a bigger patch, I should have swapped \ -> /.
I don't think my diff can do it. I use version 2.7:
diff - GNU diffutils version 2.7

It is probably easier to use "svn diff". That will include files that
you delete with "svn rm". I think it will handle the slash issue as
well.
