There's a good reason why these files are separate, which is that they
correspond to the config.h files that are generated by each of the
configure scripts.

But maybe it would be better to have only one. (Or have them all be
automatically be generated from a common source, or all be identical, if
that makes the include file setup easier.)

Could you build a combined win_config.h that has all the combined
settings?
