Thanks, David. I found that as well when researching data-over-DNS, but it isn't exactly the same purpose/design. For what it's worth, my current version of dnscat is working nicely. It needs some testing/cleanup, then I'm going to post about it. I've also learned a few other neat DNS tricks while working on this, so it's been a good project!
