Accomplishments:
o Tracked down the cause of a SEGFAULT in nse_nsock.cc (r13964)
o Found the cause of a script deadlock (r13963)
o Fixed some problems in the patch to remove dependency on GC for
nsock & committed it [1]
o Committed child coroutine patch [2]

Priorities:
o Finish writeup of NSE Nsock review.
o Performance comparison of http library with a local caching proxy
vs. no caching.
o More tasks from David.
