Accomplishments:

- Fixed and implemented a few features  discussed with Fyodor on
http/socks-open-proxy scripts:
-- Implemented status code check on proxy scripts, avoiding multiple
tests in case a valid response code is not obtained
-- Modularized both scripts using an external lib (proxy.lua, until
discuss proper place)
- Started fixing local/global scope on scripts

Priorities:

- Finish modularization changes (a last fine tunning and extensive tests)
- Fix local/global variable scope on some scripts
- Keep going with http.lua new features
