/nmap trunk now open for business again!

Hi All.  We've had a lot of great testing of 4.90RC1 and haven't found
any critical problems, so I think it is safe to resume normal
development in the /nmap trunk.  I'll just branch of an older revision
(rather than HEAD) when ready to do the stable release.

Therefore I've unfrozen /nmap and merged all the /nmap-exp/dev changes
there.  There is no need to use /nmap-exp/dev any more and I'll likely
delete it soon.
