On a Linux version, using V4.53, for same command, I get correct output:

dennis@eric-desktop:~$ <mailto:dennis@eric-desktop:~$>  nmap -sV -p 22,53,110,143,4564 10.78.35.19

I cannot reproduce this with Windows XP SP3. Do you have something set
in the Windows shell that makes it split arguments on commas?
