Nmap 4.85BETA9 on Windows XP - error "Invalid target host specification:"

On Windows XP Sp2,  I get:
 
from command:    

nmap -sV -p 22,53,110,143,4564 10.78.35.19

 

Output:

On a Linux version, using V4.53, for same command, I get correct output:
