Hi all,

Accomplishments
* Fixed a bug in nmap where the 'Raw packets sent...' message would
sometimes be left out
* Tried out the 'Save Toplogy' patch and gave my opinion on it
* Found a slight bug in the zenmap gui where removing a canceled scan
will remove the scan information from the gui
* Made a tweak so that -PS and -PA are allowed at the same time in
nonroot mode or when IPv6 is being used.  The port lists are combined.

Priorities
* Change, test and commit changes to the intense zenmap scan profiles
to now use the -PS and -PA options
* Fix NetworkInventory not to change any of the scans it contains, and
to store changes in a set of objects separate from the scan objects
