Hi everyone

Accomplishments:

* Resolved issue-Why does "ncat --exec /usr/bin/yes localhost" stop
  sending after a while by making the socket as blocking one
  while using -exec and --sh-exec options.
* Tried out Newline ending patch for windows.
* Started working on to fix "HTTP CONNECT
  client hides proxy server response" in ncat-test.pl

Priorities:

*Complete "HTTP CONNECT client hides proxy
 server response" failing test in ncat-test.pl
*Discuss other failing tests to work on
 with David.
*Explore Ncat code to improve some modules.
