--http-server, ... options for sure.
I do like the idea of -x, -X and --auth though.


After talking over various options with Fyodor, it was decided that only
having the long options is the way to go for now.

I have committed the changes to use --proxy and --proxy-type, without the
short -x and -X.  --proxy-auth is still currently used for specifying
authentication credentials.

Please let me know if you notice any problems with this implementation.
