My $0.02/grep/awk says keep them one case or the other.  My IANA
services table says lc(foo).  Maybe you could make the distinction of
when you're speaking of a 'service match' and when you speak of the
protocol itself?  If you already have a 'syntax conventions' section,
you're golden.
