P.S.  In the meantime, the claimed order on which the letter rests is FCC-19-72A1 which you can find here, if you're in 
the mood for some light reading:

It says nothing about this.  And certainly the FCC would not issue something with such a short date fuse;  that letter 
appears to be a scam using scare and pressure tactics. Perhaps they are looking to steal your copper.
