This could only be funnier if he wasn't dead serious and attempting to gain power in RIPE right at this moment. Never 
in my life have I encountered such an obvious and clear example of the Dunning-Kruger effect[1]. He's entrenched right 
at the peak of "Mount Stupid"[2] (he appears committed to building a tower there).
