the reason for my email is that it was the second ot type email in a
week and i was hoping someone could clarify what the moderators will
and won't do.

i don't think an isp should block an email of this type - it doesn't
appear the account has been compromised at this point. the email is ot
to the list, not a compromise to the sender or isp.
