Has anyone opened a ticket with Cogent? Their packet loss is reaching ~10%.
We see strange losses to/from their network. Losses to some hosts while other hosts on the same network route do not experience losses. Seems like problems in some of their paths that utilize equal-cost load sharing. -- Ran Liebermann VP Engineering, PurePeak ranl () purepeak com http://purepeak.com
