This IS a very nice feature and works well.  A cisco terminal server was sending lots of random data (well not so 
random, it looked like it was sending a MOTD) to the console on a couple of 7x50s, which caused the CPMs to reset 
repeatedly, but still no packets were lost.  Very cool!
