DHCP exhaustion attack fixed for Ruby 1.9.x

Hi
I've finally found time to fix up my DHCP exhaustion attack so it
works with Ruby 1.9.x. I don't think the fix is the best in coding
style but from all the reading I've done on it it looks like the way
most other people are doing it.
