java_signed_applet hangs

When running the java_signed_applet, everything goes smoothly then this 
message, and the module hangs at 'accept' message even though user 
clicks 'run'.  I need a clue....:


Payload will be a Java reverse shell to 192.168.2.14:5555 from 
192.168.2.11...
