Problem when executing "use priv" inside meterpreter shell

The problem is on the target side; when the priv module is loaded, the
remote end is crashing, so its either a bug with the meterpreter code
itself, or some software on the target is interfering/killing the
process when it sees the priv code loaded. There is a small chance
something is wrong with your install or our transport code on OS X, but
this is the first time this issue has been reported.

I could not reproduce it here using a Win2K target with a Linux source;
the server CAN crash if the exploit is used more than once (its not safe
to reuse most modules), so make sure the target is in a fresh,
non-exploited state to start with.
