Problem when executing "use priv" inside meterpreter shell

OS: Mac OS X 10.5.5
version of ruby: ruby 1.8.6 (2008-03-03 patchlevel 114) [universal- 
darwin9.0]
I'm using the ruby that came with Mac OS X
Target: Win2k Server running in VMWare virtual machine on the mac.

When I get the meterpreter shell and try to execute "use priv" I get:

Does anyone have any clue why? I thought the latest version of  
meterpreter runs fine out of the box on Mac OS X?
