Hi,

I am using Backtrack 3 based on slackware distribution. The version of
ruby is 1.8.6(2008-8-11 patchlevel 287). I am downloading the latest
stable snapshot of ruby [1.8.7] from ruby-lang and will get back to
you with the results.

Thanks for your reply,
Nicky

Your version of Ruby is broken (1.8.7, or 1.8.6 with the bug backported).
What distribution are you using? To solve this problem, you should
upgrade to the latest "stable snapshot" available for download at
http://www.ruby-lang.org/. We are working with the Ubuntu folks to have
their package fixed, but I believe Gentoo and Fedora are shipping broken
versions as well.

Hi,

I tried testing ms08-067 on windows XP SP2 English (NX) and the
exploit seems to fail. It gives me the error uninitialized constant
Msf::ModuleSet::NDR

last week I tested ms08-067 on windows 2003 SP2(DEp NX) and it worked
for me. I tried to troubleshoot and I couldnt find the mentioned
constant..

The error pops up irrespective of target selection(any targets). Any
insights to this error will be helpful.
