With Gentoo, and the packages, the msfgui Revision: 4585 starts up fine. The one issue I found was when I was trying to execute one of the Auxiliary modules, I get an "Not Available" Error.
Yes, only Standard and Payloads modules are availables. Btw, for payloads modules, I just find a sexy way to implement all encoders after your payload selection. Fab
I would also add dev-ruby/rubygems to your required package list, as I needed to add that for msfweb and RubyOnRails :-) Shirkdog ' or 1=1-- http://www.shirkdog.usFrom: H D Moore <hdm at metasploit.com> Reply-To: framework at metasploit.com To: framework at metasploit.com Subject: Re: [framework] MSFGUI Date: Mon, 26 Mar 2007 17:23:27 -0500 FWIW, my development environment includes the following package versions: x11-libs/gtk+-2.10.11 dev-ruby/ruby-gnome2-0.16.0 dev-ruby/ruby-gtk2-0.16.0 dev-ruby/ruby-libglade2-0.16.0-r1 -HD On Monday 26 March 2007 17:21, H D Moore wrote:# emerge -v gtk+ ruby-gnome2 ruby-gtk2 ruby-libglade2_________________________________________________________________ Interest Rates near 39yr lows! $430,000 Mortgage for $1,399/mo - Calculate new payment http://www.lowermybills.com/lre/index.jsp? sourceid=lmb-9632-18466&moid=7581
