Metasploit on Windows

Another vote for dropping the support for Cygwin.
With the virtualisation solutions, you will make more resources 
available to work on other things.
I think more people run it on *nix anyway. And if not, they can still 
use it in the form of an VM, with all the right tools to develop at hand.
