Payload Handler issues in MSF 3.0-r3

At this time, we plan on porting almost all 2.x exploits to the 3.x tree. 
The exceptions will be those that do not execute shellcode or commands - 
these are being converted into auxiliary modules and will take a bit 
longer to finish. If you would like to volunteer to help with the porting
