Mother Jones has an article up - https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2018/08/roe-v-wade-overturned-abortion-supreme-court-brett-kavanaugh/ - arguing that the particular interpretation of privacy in Roe vs. Wade underlies many subsequent decisions that aren't about abortion. MJ primarily talks about decisions affecting sexuality and gender relations, but also mentions autonomy for mental health patients, the right to die, patient privacy, and even control over personal data. I'd be interested to know from the lawyers on the IP list whether they agree, and what the impact might be on the computer/internet-related stuff we usually talk about. wg -- www.pelicancrossing.net <- all about me Twitter: @wendyg
