where is aclu ? Washington, DC Metro to begin bag inspections

For 3 years now I've been pointing at the NYC Subway's random search program and asking why the ACLU isn't fighting a blatant 4th amendment violator. I've been pointing at other government programs and initiatives enacted since 2001, and asking where the ACLU has been on those, as well.
From what I can see, the only thing the ACLU has done in the last 8 years is write amicus briefs.
Who is willing to stand up and fight these abuses to the Supreme Court, where this issue belongs? Not giving up because the district judge rules against you, like the NYCLU did.
