Mediaset is asking 500 million euro to YouTube and Google for the
diffusion of videos property of the Italian media company.  For

MILAN - 500 milion of euro is the amount Mediaset asks Google and

videos illegally available on YouTube website, Mediaset consider that
the three Italian television channels of the group have lost 315,672
days of vision from their customers. In addition to the 500 million
euro for the damage, Mediaset plans to add "the losses for the missed
sale of advertising spaces on the programmes illicitly distributed
over the Internet”.
