When I saw it on the Politech list this morning, I checked Dobson's site, and found no reference to it. Nor is there any reference on Fox News, and I just rechecked both sites. It is true that people in the BSD community have encountered objections from religious extremists to their 'daemon Beastie' logo, and one branch (FreeBSD) is looking for a replacement (for technical reasons, not because of Dobson).
