Same here.  For the past 2 months we've been getting spam with random phrases attached.  Some of the phrases are quite 
amusing.

Well, it looked pretty normal to me :). What I did notice, though, is that
the amount of spam increased dramatically over past 2 months. I'm not sure
if spammers started using all those hordes of zombie machines which were
infected with Bagle/Netsky worms.

Also, can you check what spam are you getting? Couple of times I noticed
real attacks when our servers were flooded with NDN's as some spammers used
our domains in From: fields.
