I used to run an ISP, and I'd get this crap at least 100 times a day. When coming back from a nice relaxing weekend, I'd usually DREAD reading my email, because it was filled with all this "Jammer" hogwash.
Twice I've received subpoenas that asked for the standard account info plus copies of every complaint we might have received against the account. Unfortunately I didn't get the privledge of "Jamming" them. On the first one, I asked the agent what prompted him to do that and he said it was new boilerplate being suggested by Washington.
