Well that rely depends on what kind of attraction you want to get, if
its server then you can go for windows 2003 server standard. It
already includes its own DNS service and web server IIS 6.0, for mail
you can install MS exchange 2003.

I use PC, i mean what kind of OS should i install there...server type ( with dns
server, webserver, mailservert, etc ) or just personal desktop as a target.


Also did you conceder server partitioning by using VMWare or MS
virtual PC ? you can save lot of hardware resources by using these, I
am currently building a complete honeynet by only using one PC and
VMWare.


no...the resource i have is limited here, especiall it's memory...so i don't use
VMWare...
