If you make it listen on the same address check to see if the firewall on
the host machine is turned off, it might be intercepting the traffic before
the honeypot sees it.

Both is possible: I'm able to use the IP address I have when I'm online
but I also can use a different address.

I already tried both, but it didn't work, so I missed something - but
what?
