[TLB:] Least of all the Multi-Cultis who believe that these loony
cultures should be "celebrated" as opposed to wiped from the face of the
earth.

Kyoto and its successors give these cultures a pass, while penalizing
the cultures that have done something about their birthrate and the rate
of soiling of our collective nest.
